Again, as will be mentioned often within this site, CNPC stands for Controlled Non-Playing Character. These are characters open to anyone to use under specific rules. They must be kept within character, cannot be killed, married or, maimed or otherwise removed from their designed position by anyone but the original creator. Or creators.
